Booking a studio shouldn’t be confusing or intimidating, and at Collective Photo Studio, we’ve made it super simple and beginner-friendly so you can focus on creating, not stressing.


Whether you’re a photographer, content creator, or small business owner, here’s what to expect when renting a photo studio with us for the first time.

Step 1: Head to the “Book” Page

Click on the “Book” page right here on our site. You’ll see our availability calendar, pricing, and all the details you need to schedule your session. Whether you need a quick one-hour branding shoot or a longer content day, our hourly studio rental system is made to fit your workflow.


Step 2: Choose Your Time

Start by selecting how long you’d like to use the studio. Our photo studio for rent is available by the hour, so you only pay for the time you need. After choosing your session length, just pick a date and start time from the calendar.


Step 3: Pay + Confirm

Once you’ve locked in your time, you’ll be taken to checkout. We offer multiple payment options, including PayPal Pay in 4 if you’d prefer to break up your payment. Super helpful if you’re booking a longer session or just want more flexibility!


After you’ve paid, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. You’re officially booked and ready to go.

Step 4: You’ll Get Reminder Emails

If you're anything like me, reminder emails are a lifesaver- and yes, we send them. You'll receive:

  • A confirmation email right after booking

  • A reminder email 24 hours before your session

  • Another email 1 hour before your start time, with your unique access code and step-by-step entry instructions
